When a case is filed, we defend you pre-indictment through trial.

Appeals

We prefer for our lawyers to check our homework, so we often do not work on appeals for a client we represented pre-trial. However, we represent many people on appeal and in post-conviction matters exclusively.

Expunction & Record Sealing

The goal of getting a case dismissed is meaningless without following through on the expunction. We expunge our client’s successful outcomes, as well as clients who have always been meaning to get it taken care of on an older case.

Probation Support Services

We do what we need to do in order for our clients to be successful, from obtaining occupational licenses to defending against probation revocations or obtaining an early discharge. Through our full-time social work team, we do whatever is necessary to make sure our clients leave the system for good.
